At Takuami Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. 14-Day Right to Return

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • It must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photo or video evidence may be required

If confirmed defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.


3. Change of Mind Returns

If you are not satisfied with your item:

  • You may return it within 14 days of receiving it

  • The item must not show signs of use

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.


4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty or personal care devices may not be eligible for return if opened or used.
